D60 is a medium evaporating, high flash, non-viscous, mineral spirit type hydrocarbon solvent wit a mild odour of paraffin. Due to the high degree of refining this solvent has a low level of impurities such as olefins, benzene, sulphur and total aromatics. With a flash point >61°C, D60 may be classified as combustible rather than as flammable liquid. It is soluble in most organic solvents but not in water. D60 can be used as a solvent for applications where low aromatic content is required. It is used in the resin, cleaning products, paints and lubricant industries.
