D40 is a purified, and dearomatised mineral spirit type hydrocarbon solvent. The high degree of general refining gives this solvent its low level of impurities such as olefins, sulphur, benzene and total aromatics, and has a low odor. Main applications: Paints, wood preservatives, varnishes, thinner, cleaning(degreasing) and dry cleaning.
