Procurement and Sales Manager Dubai

Position
In this position you are responsible for sales and sourcing of chemicals in Dubai and the Middle East. We are looking into the possibility to open a local office, in case the business expands.

Key responsibilities:
– Further develop and expand our supplier and customer base
– Independently create and maintain long-term business relationships with suppliers and customers

– Expand our product portfolio, maintain existing suppliers and establish new contacts
– Analysing market trends on production, pricing, sales and demand
– Setting up contracts and prices
– Negotiations with customers and suppliers on terms and conditions
– Communicate and coordinate relevant information between sales, administration and logistics
– Co-operating with and supporting colleagues

Key requirements:
– Several years of working experience in a commercial position in the chemical industry
– Proactive, able to open doors
– Able to create new business
– Ability to set and achieve challenging commercial targets
– Team player, with the ability to operate independently
– Good communicative and analytical skills
– Languages; English, other languages beneficial
– Able to work under pressure
– Customer focus
– Multitasking
– Result oriented
– 15-20% travelling (internationally) required
