Inside Sales representative/ Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, positive and proactive Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team at DutCH2 B.V. Are you an organizational talent that is passionate about Sales and looking for a dynamic job in international trade? We are looking for you!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a passion for sales.

Key responsibilities
– Customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
– Supply Chain Management: manage and update the sales pipeline using ERP and CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress.
– Customer Support: provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
– Acquisition and Market Research: identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to
identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
– Collaboration: work closely with the sales teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Support colleagues from the logistics department.
– Negotiation and Closing: negotiate with customers, addressing any objections, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key requirements
– Bachelor’s level in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
– Proven experience in inside sales, or a similar role.
– Excellent organizational, communicative and time-management skills.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented and teamplayer with the ability to work independently.
– Proficiency in ERP and CRM software and Microsoft Office.
– Languages; English required, Dutch preferred and German or other languages beneficial.
