Ethyldi glycol (ook bekend als EDG, ethoxy diglycol, 2-(2-ethoxyethoxyethanol en diethyleenglycolmonoethylether) is een heldere, kleurloze vloeistof met een milde, maar karakteristieke geur. Het is mengbaar in water en ook in alcoholen, ethers, esters en ketonen. EDG wordt gebruikt als industrieel oplosmiddel en als essentieel bestanddeel in geur- en smaakstoffen.
